Transformation of the former Deloitte head office, Center Parcs into 587 independent homes for Young Professionals with surface areas of 20 – 55 m2 as well as two commercial spaces. It has a surface area of 40,000 m2, distributed over 14 floors (28,500 m2) and a parking garage of 11,500 m2. Two communal roof terraces were built on the roof. On the top floor, you will also find two Miele launderettes and a Young Professionals Meeting Point.
